Return Shipments
Return shipments go through a lengthy process and cannot be returned immediately. The process is similar to the process for importing shipments in terms of Customs clearance. The addressee in Russia must fill out a re-export declaration and Customs may require the addressee to obtain an import license. Return shipments also require a letter of explanation from the shipper about the reason for the return.
